Prepaid Orders Only

All orders are prepaid.

MediGlobex does not offer cash on delivery, partial payment, installment payment, or payment after delivery.

An order will not move to processing until payment has been received and confirmed.

Cryptocurrency Payment Risk

Cryptocurrency payments are usually irreversible.

Once a cryptocurrency payment is sent, it normally cannot be reversed, recalled, cancelled, or charged back.

Customers must carefully confirm all payment details before sending payment, including:

MediGlobex is not responsible for payment losses caused by customer error, including wrong wallet address, wrong network selection, underpayment, overpayment, duplicate payment, delayed blockchain confirmation, third-party wallet issues, exchange delays, or transaction errors.

USDT-TRC20 Payment Notice

For USDT payments, MediGlobex currently supports USDT-TRC20.

Customers must make sure they select the correct network before sending payment.

Payments sent through the wrong network may be lost and may not be recoverable. MediGlobex is not responsible for losses caused by using the wrong network.

BTC Payment Notice

For BTC payments, customers should send the exact confirmed amount to the wallet address provided by MediGlobex.

BTC transaction confirmation may take time depending on blockchain network conditions and transaction fees.

Customers are responsible for checking transaction details before sending payment.

Currency, Fees & Exchange Rate

Product prices and payment amounts will be confirmed before payment.

Customers are responsible for any wallet fees, exchange fees, blockchain network fees, transfer fees, or third-party platform fees.

If payment is made through an exchange or third-party wallet, customers should check whether the final amount received will match the confirmed order amount.

Underpaid orders may be delayed until the remaining balance is received. Overpayments, if any, will be reviewed individually and are not automatically refundable due to cryptocurrency transfer costs and transaction limitations.

Order Processing After Payment

Eligible orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing time may depend on product availability, order review, prescription-related confirmation, shipping arrangement, route availability, and destination-country requirements.

Processing may be delayed if additional information is required from the customer.

No Refund After Processing

Due to the nature of prescription medicines, once an order has been confirmed, paid, and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Worldwide shipping is available for listed medicines. However, customers are responsible for confirming whether the medicine can be legally imported, possessed, and used in their destination country.

No Bulk Orders

MediGlobex does not accept bulk orders, wholesale orders, resale-related orders, or commercial distribution requests.

Each order is reviewed individually before acceptance.

MediGlobex may refuse any request that appears inconsistent with prescription medicine use, compliance requirements, shipping eligibility, or our order-confirmation policy.
