How the Order Process Works

Step 3: Prescription & Destination Eligibility Check

Prescription medicines should only be ordered and used under medical supervision. Prescription-related information may be required before an order is reviewed or accepted.

Customers are responsible for confirming whether the medicine can be legally imported, possessed, and used in their destination country. Import rules, customs requirements, duties, taxes, detention risks, and regulatory restrictions may vary by country.

MediGlobex may refuse or cancel an order if product availability, prescription-related requirements, shipping eligibility, or compliance concerns cannot be confirmed.

Step 4: Cryptocurrency Payment Confirmation

MediGlobex currently accepts cryptocurrency payments only.

Payment details will be provided only after product availability, prescription-related requirements, and shipping eligibility are reviewed.

All orders are prepaid. Please confirm the medicine name, strength, quantity, destination country, payment amount, wallet details, and shipping information carefully before completing payment.

Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. Once payment is sent, it cannot usually be reversed, recalled, or charged back. Customers should confirm all order details carefully before making payment.

Step 5: Order Processing

After payment confirmation, eligible orders will move to processing.

Step 6: Shipping & Tracking
