MediGlobex provides selected Indian-manufactured or India-marketed prescription oncology and diabetes medicines for eligible international customers.
Products are shipped from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where available and legally permitted.
Due to the nature of prescription medicines, our refund, cancellation, and return policy is limited. Customers must carefully confirm all order details before payment and before the order is processed.
All orders must be confirmed through MediGlobex before processing.

Prescription Medicine Return Notice
Prescription medicines are sensitive products that may involve safety, storage, handling, packaging, legal, and medical supervision requirements.
For this reason, MediGlobex does not accept general returns or casual return requests for prescription medicines.
Returned prescription medicines may not be suitable for resale, reuse, or redistribution due to safety and regulatory concerns.
Customers should confirm product details, prescription-related requirements, destination-country import rules, and shipping information before payment.
No Refund After Processing
Once an order has been confirmed, paid, and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Customers must confirm all details carefully before payment, including:
- Medicine name
- Active ingredient, if known
- Strength
- Quantity
- Destination country
- Full shipping address
- Recipient contact information
- Product availability
- Prescription-related requirements
- Cryptocurrency payment amount
- Local customs and import requirements
MediGlobex does not provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong product, no longer needs the medicine, provides incorrect information, or fails to confirm local import rules before payment.
Cancellation Before Processing
Cancellation requests may only be reviewed before an order has been processed.
If a customer requests cancellation before processing begins, MediGlobex may review the request individually. Approval is not guaranteed and may depend on product reservation, payment confirmation, supplier arrangement, packaging status, and operational progress.
Once processing has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Cryptocurrency Payment Notice
MediGlobex currently accepts cryptocurrency payments only, including:
- USDT-TRC20
- BTC
All orders are prepaid.
Cryptocurrency payments are usually irreversible. Once a cryptocurrency payment is sent, it normally cannot be reversed, recalled, cancelled, or charged back.
Customers are responsible for confirming the correct cryptocurrency type, payment network, wallet address, payment amount, and order details before sending payment.
MediGlobex is not responsible for payment losses caused by wrong wallet address, wrong network selection, underpayment, overpayment, duplicate payment, delayed blockchain confirmation, exchange platform issues, third-party wallet issues, or customer payment errors.
Non-Returnable Situations
Refunds or returns are not accepted in the following situations:
- Customer changes their mind
- Customer orders the wrong product
- Customer no longer needs the medicine
- Customer provides incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Customer fails to confirm local import rules before payment
- Customer refuses delivery
- Customs delays the package
- Customs detains, rejects, returns, seizes, or disposes of the package
- Customer is unable to complete customs clearance
- Destination country requires additional documents
- Customer does not have required prescription-related information
- Local authorities restrict or reject medicine import
- Delivery is delayed due to customs, local regulations, holidays, logistics issues, or carrier delays
- Product packaging varies due to batch, market version, manufacturer update, or supply channel differences
- Customer requests a return after the order has been processed or shipped
Customers should confirm all details before payment and before order processing.
Customs, Duties & Import Responsibility
Worldwide shipping is available for listed medicines. However, customers are responsible for confirming whether the medicine can be legally imported, possessed, and used in their destination country.
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs clearance
- Import restrictions
- Prescription medicine import rules
- Local regulatory requirements
- Duties and taxes
- Detention risks
- Customs refusal
- Return risks
- Seizure or disposal risks
- Any additional documents required by local authorities
MediGlobex is not responsible for customs delays, customs refusal, import restrictions, detention, seizure, disposal, return, duties, taxes, or regulatory actions in the customer’s destination country.
No refund will be issued for orders delayed, rejected, detained, returned, seized, or disposed of due to destination-country customs rules, import restrictions, or customer failure to confirm local requirements before ordering.
Delivery Issues
If a customer receives a package with visible damage, missing items, incorrect quantity, or a major difference from the confirmed order details, the customer must contact MediGlobex within 3 days of delivery.
Customers should provide clear photos or videos of:
- Outer package
- Shipping label
- Product box
- Product label
- Batch number
- Expiry date
- Quantity received
- Visible damage or concern
MediGlobex will review such cases individually.
Depending on the situation, MediGlobex may consider a replacement, partial resolution, or other reasonable support. Approval of any replacement, refund, partial refund, or other resolution is not guaranteed and depends on the circumstances of the case.
Customers should not use any medicine that appears damaged, opened, tampered with, mislabeled, or inconsistent with the confirmed order details. Please consult a licensed healthcare professional before using any prescription medicine.
Incorrect Product Dispatch
If MediGlobex dispatches a product that is materially different from the confirmed order details, the customer must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, package details, product details, and order information.
MediGlobex will review the case individually.
Customers should not open, use, dispose of, or alter the product before contacting MediGlobex for review.
Damaged Package or Missing Items
If a package appears visibly damaged or items are missing, customers must contact MediGlobex within 3 days of delivery.
Customers should keep all packaging, shipping labels, product boxes, and related materials until the case has been reviewed.
Failure to provide clear photos, videos, shipping label evidence, or product details may limit the ability to review the issue.
Product Packaging Differences
Medicine packaging may vary due to batch changes, manufacturer updates, market version differences, supply channel differences, or label design updates.
A packaging difference does not automatically qualify for a refund or return.
Customers should confirm packaging, batch, expiry, manufacturer or marketer information where available before payment.
Storage & Handling Issues
Some prescription medicines may have specific storage or handling requirements.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product packaging, label information, and healthcare professional guidance regarding storage and handling after delivery.
MediGlobex is not responsible for damage, misuse, reduced quality, or safety concerns caused by incorrect storage, improper handling, self-administration, or use without medical supervision after delivery.
Injectable oncology medicines should only be handled and administered by qualified healthcare professionals in an appropriate medical setting.
No Bulk Orders
MediGlobex does not accept bulk orders, wholesale orders, resale-related orders, or commercial distribution requests.
Each order is reviewed individually before acceptance.
Requests that appear inconsistent with prescription medicine use, compliance requirements, shipping eligibility, or our order-confirmation policy may be refused.
Processing Time
Eligible orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once processing has been completed, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Processing may depend on product availability, payment confirmation, prescription-related requirements, shipping arrangement, route availability, and destination-country requirements.
